Japanese Bartending
The whole world has been mesmerised by the art & style of Japanese bartending. The land of the rising Sun has long been the holy grail of bartender 'pilgrimage' sites. It was always rumoured that bartending came to Japan after the US occupation after WW2 since the soldiers wanted to drink what they could get back home. There is as always more than meets the eye when it comes to any subject & especially when it comes to a culture that is definitely out of our immediate touch.

The DRiNK Magazine BAR AWARDS 2019!
Ah the year drew to a close in the 2019 hospitality calendar there was 1 event left that we were lucky enough to attend & be a part of as Cocktails For You. This was the DRiNK Magazine Bar Awards 2019 being held in Shanghai, China. Asia itself as a region has been showing knocking cocktail competitions out the park as well as raising the bar when it came to hospitality for a long time now so it was a privilege that Cocktails For You was invited to be a part of the press invit


The 100 Years of Negroni
The Negroni cocktail will celebrate its 100 years anniversary in 2020 & to commemorate that fact Martini held in Turin, the home of Vermouth, a completely new cocktail competition to pay tribute to this great classic cocktail.
